Refunds/ Returns

By our policy (luxecars.ca) offer returns within 30 days ONLY for new, unused, and in original box items. Once the buyer decides to return an item – must purchase a return shipping label with tracking info, tracking info must be provided to Luxe Cars, once the item will be returned and an inspected refund will be issued. Please note if the item is not returned in a new and unused condition restocking fee of up to 60% may apply. Damaged or not as described items must be reported within 48h only by phone 226-640-0908 or by email: info@luxecars.ca

Luxe Cars will provide full service including Replacement damaged parts and/or replacement items if the item was damaged during shipping time – a claim with a shipping company must be opened. The buyer agrees to provide pictures and all the information that will be needed to resolve the damage issue. (Please make sure to test your item). Tax: We are required by the law of the Province of Ontario to charge a 13% sales tax on products shipped and sold in Ontario.

Shipping and Delivery:

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU HAVE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS. Reshipped orders or unclaimed orders will be charged for shipping costs.

Warranty

Luxe Cars Offer 12-month warranty on all of our products. This limited warranty covers:

Rechargeable battery against defects and all electronic boards. If the problem is not covered by this warranty, the consumer must pay for all related expenses associated with parts and services rendered.

This warranty covers normal use and does not cover the vehicle or the battery if it has been damaged by unreasonable use, neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, improper service, modification, and/or other causes not arising from defects in materials. This limited warranty does not cover any physical damage and/or water damage.
